This warranty covers defects that result from normal use of Black Mamba products. It does not apply to any Black Mamba product that has been (1) modified, (2) used outside its intended purpose, (3) repaired by an unauthorized member, or (4) damaged due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or other external factors.
Additionally, cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents is not covered.
Black Mamba guarantees that all its products will be free from material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser as this is Lifetime Warranty. To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Black Mamba directly.
